illa Hattala is a modern three-bedroom private villa designed for comfortable long-term living, located in a quiet residential area of Berawa close to Canggu’s main attractions.
The villa features a bright, enclosed living and dining area that is fully air-conditioned, creating a comfortable environment throughout the day. The space includes a seating area with TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and cooking utensils.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and include wardrobes, safety boxes, and private ensuite bathrooms. The ground-floor bedroom opens directly to the pool area and features a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, while the two upstairs bedrooms share a balcony and include a work desk suitable for remote work.
Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants, along with an outdoor lounge area. Additional balcony and rooftop seating areas provide pleasant spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
For long-term stays, the property includes housekeeping twice per week, along with regular pool and garden maintenance to keep the villa well maintained.
